I Praise God for the opportunity to share with others and allow God's blessings to flow through me to bless others. That is when I know I Am most blessed. PTL

Every person has challenges and trials, from the big to the small. I choose to Praise God through all mine and count the many blessings I am given by the grace of God each day. No...that is not easy, but it is a choice and we all do have this choice. We don't choose our trials and challenges but, we can choose if we allow God to help us through them. Why would you turn down His help? Joshua Chapter 1 vs 5, 9 "I will not leave you or forsake you, above all be firm and steadfast." "Do not fear or be dismayed for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." Praise You Jesus!

SIRACH 32 vs 14 "He who would find God must accept discipline; he who seeks God obtains his request." I know, in my life, I have found seeking God, as opposed to seeking my will, is the way to really have true blessings. That is where true joy is at; in God's will being done thru me, and allowing all the blessings and joy to flow thru, to others. PTL

Mark 10 vs 27 "With God all things are possible" I will Praise Your name Lord Jesus in all I do through You.

Getting to know God and working on your relationship with Him is most definitely the most important relationship to work on. If our relationship with God is in tact, all other relationships will follow. PTL

Sirach 17 vs 7-8 " God looks with favor upon their hearts and shows them his Glorious works, that they may describe the wonders of His deeds and Praise His Holy Name! " PTL

When we don't surrender to God's will, our challenges seem bigger than we are. In remembering God is in control of ALL things in our lives, is the greastest comfort of all. Just surrender and feel His Peace. Praise You Jesus!

You know, the biggest trial a Mother has to go thru is for her child to have to face challenges and trials in their young lives. She would do anything to take these trials for herself, but she cannot. This is a perfect way for God to allow us to show Him how much we love and trust Him, by putting our child into His loving hands, and know that without a doubt, it is the best place for her child. In this way we show God how much we love and trust Him, by giving Him the most cherished person in our lives, our child, a part of us. The gift of life that He has given us to care for and love, we put back into His hands, and know that He will always be there taking care of them. PTL

All the challenges in our lives bring us closer to God...The bigger the challenge the closer we come...Do you ever realize this? Well Praise the Lord for challenges, because I want to be in God's presence at all times, and if that's what it takes..then bring on the challenges! Our God reigns and NOTHING is bigger than our God! It is so wonderful to observe God working in our lives. We only need be aware of all the ways which God shows us He loves us. Through other people, through His beautiful creation, just through our awarerness and gratitude towards everything. You truly know that God is always there. PTL

Learning to love ourselves "unconditionally" allows for us to love each other unconditionally, the way God loves us. PTL

I want to Praise God for all my special friendships God has given me. Truly, our lives are blessed with those special people God gives us to share ourselves with. Words don't seem to be enough in conveying how I feel... PTL Sirach 6 vs 14 " A faithful friend is a sturdy shelter, he who finds one, finds a treasure"

God blesses us in each moment that he gives us. Will we take these "gifts" of each moment and use them to serve and glorify God? In serving God, in any given moment, we will have abundant blessings thru letting the light of God shine thru us to others, so they may also share in the Peace and Love that God offers to us all. PTL

God wants us to share His love with everyone, in glory of His Name. Share the good news of the Lord. PTL

Psalm 84 vs 12-13 "For a sun and shield is the Lord God. grace and glory he bestows; The Lord withholds no good thing from those who walk in sincerity. Oh, Lord of hosts, happy the one who trusts in you" PTL

You may think that your walk with God should be an easy one, but think again. The trials and tribulations will still come, but one thing I know for sure, is that I would not want to go thru any of it without God on my side. and because I have the gift of God's love in my life, I will be forever rejoicing in that love and in the peace that God gives me, that only He can give..PTL

As I sit in contemplation of the memory of this day 6 years ago, that changed the lives of two of my children, by the passing of one of their dearest friends, I have to be grateful to an all-knowing God whom I trust to have complete control of all that is. Even when things do not make any sense at all, knowing God is always here is an everlasting comfort to us all. PTL Ecclesiastes Chapter 3 vs 1-8 There is an appointed time for everything, and a time for every affair under the heavens, A time to be born and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to uproot the plant. God brings blessings everyday into our lives thru other people. Open our hearts to receive God's love thru all creation. PTL

God really blessed me this past weekend. We had a garage sale and it was so much fun meeting and talking to all the people that came. I felt so blessed as people bought the things we had, as I felt everyone was being blessed in they were getting things they needed or wanted for a good price and I was getting money I needed for things I could no longer use. PTL Plus alot of us were able to share God's blessings in our life, so blessings were abundant!

Recently, I had been concerned with finances. I felt I did not have enough and was going around in circles, in my mind, trying to figure out how to get "more". It was to the point of affecting my dreams...I was dreaming about the same things I was thinking about while I was awake. Needless to say..I was not sleeping good. Well, I woke up this morning "Determined" to figure out a way to "have" more money! I was on my knees praying, and pulled my bible over to me to read my daily Psalm. I was on Psalm 52 and came to verse 9..."This is the man who made God Not the source of his strength, but put his trust in great wealth and strength in harmful plots."....Then one of my favorite scriptures came to my mind. Phillipians 4 vs 13: " In God who is the source of my strength, I have strength for everything." Now see if you don't agree with me, that God was surely speaking to me, telling me to trust in Him...Though this happens to me all the time..it Never ceases to amaze me how if we are willing to put God first, He is ALWAYS here for us. (Remember God and He will remember you......) PTL

Praising God said... Well, I was really blessed last week at Church actually. We just started going to a Church my sister goes to and loves. When my mom and dad were in town, they went to this same Church with my sister and her husband and they both (mom and dad) loved it.So, anyway, I was fighting during the week with fear and what do you know, that was the topic of the sermon on Sunday! Jim and I looked at each other and were blown away! It was something I needed to hear for sure and it was a HUGE blessing to me.God is so good and faithful to us all. I’m so glad I have Him in my life!God’s blessings to all….Mary Spirit Moves said... PTL, Mary. God does work in wonderful ways! It is so exciting on our walk with God to see what he has for us each moment! PTL

"That we may tell a future generation that such is God-our God forever and ever He will guide us" Psalm 48 vs 14-15 God is always here..am I? Then I know all it takes for me to be in His presence is "one breath" "one thought" of Him and His Peace will be within me. God is always here for me. PTL

PTL for my beautiful grandchildren! I was able to spend four days with my grandaughter, Emari, and we had the most special time sharing together! From hiking in nature, to singing with the birds, to going out to a fancy restaurant together and something REALLY special, we wrote a song together for her Mom and Dad's anniversary. PTL!

You know, sometimes as we go through each day, and the struggles that we face, or lessons we are learning seem a bit much.. Anybody been there? At those times it might seem hard to be "thankful" in any given moment. But it is "Especially" important to remember our blessings during those times , because"through the Grace of God" in our weakest moments, God's power can move in and reach perfection. Corinthians 12 vs 9. I found this scripture to help me so much and then I know that "I will hope in God, for again I shall be thanking Him" Psalm 42 vs6 PTL

Amazing!

I like this one! God comes thru always and in amazing ways! I have wanted to get my carpet cleaned for about a month..I was going to go rent one of those rug doctors in a week or so and do it myself. Well, yesterday, I get a knock on my door and this girl is standing there. I said "hi" and she said "Would you like to get your carpet cleaned for no charge?" Of course I was truly amazed as I said, "for real, for free?" She said "yes, her company Kirby vacume cleaner company, was doing free carpet cleaning demonstrations (no obligation), to show how their product worked. If we liked it, we could buy it or just tell people about it, by way of thanks they would clean our carpet. Of course they wanted to sell their product, but they were all very nice and no pressure sales, and they actually did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet! Praise the Lord! God is Amazing!

I Met a Boy

He looked like an average boy of 12. But as I began talking to him, I felt there was something different about him. He was telling me about his hopes and dreams for the future; what college he would be going to, and a big "dream" he had (to win the Monster Truck competition) and then his "real" job goal..(to be a mechanical engineer). As I listened to him talk with such positive determination, I saw the glow of pride on his Mother's face and felt her joy. He seemed pretty extraordinary for a boy his age. As we talked a few minutes more he told me he was a cancer survivor. (showed me the scar that ran up his neck to the back of his head). He was diagnosed when he was 5 and been thru numerous surgeries and treatments. I cannot explain to you how I felt. I only knew that at this very moment God was blessing me by bringing this little boy into my life to share with me. I saw what complete trust and faith in God could do for someone if they choose to follow God. I have NO doubt that this little boy will accomplish his dreams and goals. I Praise God for bringing him into my life as he is such an inspiration to "living". He will forever be in my heart and prayers. PTL

Angels watching over Me

I had a job in Phoenix over the weekend. I had left my glasses at home, and I did not realize how badly I needed my glasses for driving at night. I got off work after 8 pm, so it was pretty dark out. As I started to drive out of the parking lot, I realized, "wow, I can't see!" Everything was blurry(especially after being under florescent lighting all day). I tried not to panic, just thought to myself, "I will drive slow", but I had 30 miles to go to my daughter's house where I was staying and all the Memorial holday traffic was "not" driving slow. First thing I did was miss my entrance to the freeway that I needed to be on, it came up so quickly and I could not read the sign until it was too late. So I proceeded to drive in the wrong direction, all the while, not being able to even read the street signs. The glare from all the cars headlights really complicated things, and I contemplated calling my daughter and telling her I needed her to come get me. I said "Lord, help me to see, help me to get home!" I began singing all my favorite Christian songs to Jesus. I managed to find my way back to the interstate and all of a sudden I felt such peace. It was as if there was someone else driving my car. (it felt almost as if I were to let go of the steering wheel, I would still be sailing on..which of course I didn't do) :-) As I drove down the freeway, there was a lot of traffic, but none of it seemed to be around me. When I needed to change lanes, there was always a large opening for me. No one followed me to close, or cut me off because I was only doing the speed limit (not going 10 or 15 mph faster as alot of the traffic was doing) :-) I really felt God's Presence, as if He had set Angels about my car to keep me safe. I arrived at my destination safely and completely at peace, with total gratitude for God and all His blessings and "wonder" PTL OutAsh said... I love the way your describe your journey. Oh this is amazing! PTL :-) I LOVE to sing and play my songs on my keyboard. I have this really big bush outside my window where I play. Just now as I was singing and playing, I realized that these little sparrows would fly to this bush and start "singing" with me! There is about two or three of them. They sit on the branches and face the window looking right at me as I am singing and they start chirping! I am not kidding! I could barely sing, as my smile turned into outright laughter! PRAISE God for ALL His creation! :-)

Well God just blessed me in a major way! PTL I was just starting out on my evening walk(heading up the hill) and one of my neighbors was coming down the hill. He is an older gentleman, I hadn't seen him in quite a while. I only talked to him a few times when I'd seen him over a year ago. Then one day his house was up for sale and he was nowhere around. I didn't know what had happened. About a year passed and then the for sale sign was down and I thought "well it must have finally sold".. Now(all of a sudden) I see him, coming down the hill ! I said "well Hello, there!" I finally found out his name.."Michael" Turned out Michael had a stroke about a year ago, and then went to live with his children in California.(Michael's wife died many years ago). They told him he would never walk again, as he has suffered from diabetes since childhood and they said the stroke "finished him off" for walking. (He only has two toes left and uses a cane). Well here he comes walking down the hill(and quite a big hill at that!) and says "well I made it up and back!" I said "Praise the Lord!" Well we talked a bit and our conversation turned to "faith" and God and he said " You know, I don't know why God hasn't taken me yet"...I said "well, it's so you can Praise God and give Glory to Him, of course!" He got tears in his eyes..my God, I nearly broke down..I asked him if he had a bible and he said he did, but the writing was too small, he couldn't read it. I told him I would get him one with bigger writing, as I know they must have them..I felt SO VERY blessed as I touched his shoulder and told him to have a beautiful evening. Praise the Lord!

You know, sometimes the path seems hard...like yesterday seemed a roller coaster ride to me..up...down...all around...But God ALWAYS comes thru for me...Jesus told me, "Come to Me, all you who are weary and find life burdensome, and I will refresh you."Matt 11 vs 28 PTL for God's Word!

I know one definte way God blesses me each day and it is thru the gift(and love) of friends and family. So I want to say a great big Praise the Lord for ALL my friends and family :-) scrdesire said... PTL!! I work in a hospital, and I had an experience today which made me realize how Truly Blessed I am to have my son!This one lady had her 3 1/2 yo grandson with her. She said Herself, and her mother, were raising the boy, because the parents starved the boy and broke his arm. Jesus saved him! PTL Spirit Moves said... thank you, Beth for sharing this experience with us. PTL! We will keep this boy and his family in our prayers. God be with you, also, as you have more opportunities to minister to the people who God sends your way.. Praise God!

God Blesses Everyone

Blessings come to everyone, big and small if you are just aware. By sharing all the wonderful blessings God bestows on you and giving Glory to God, it brings joy and awareness(to all) of how wonderful God works in our lives. Praise the Lord (PTL) in all things.
