I was on a walk yesterday...It was a beautiful day. I was marveling at how full the lake had become since the recent snow melt and rain. Then I heard a screech of tires and a very loud devastating thud and a man's scream of "NO!" I turned to look and realized that his dog had just been hit by a car. I felt shaken to the core of my soul...the dog was not moving as people gathered around to try and help. All I could do was stand there and pray....All I could say was "Jesus! Please help!" I prayed for the dog and the suffering man. ( and claim these scriptures for him, in Jesus name). thank You Lord. Jesus says " Blest too are the sorrowing, they shall be consoled" Matthew 5 vs 4 PSALM 34 vs.19 " The Lord is close to the brokenhearted"
