God Bless my Mom and Dad on their 55th Wedding Anniversary! PTL I remember, not long ago, when I thought that to follow Jesus I had to give up everything I had. I did not know how to do that and because there were certain things in my life that I felt I could not give up or did not know how to give up, it kept me from fully committing myself to Him. But then I heard that Jesus wants us to "come as we are". We need only come to Him with the willingness to surrender to His Will. That no matter what want, "Your will be done Lord." You know what is best for me, You know my heart, You know my needs. You also know that without You, I am nothing and you wait patiently for me to realize and surrender to this, however long it takes. It is then that you can step in and take over my life to accomplish Your will through me. It is then that I experience all the wonderful promises of love and abundance You have for Your people. We must surrender daily, and more so, when we find ourselves trying to take back control. Lord Jesus, I praise You for Your love for me and give You glory in Your Will. I love You, Jesus. PTL
